Home Health Registered Nurse

The Home Health RN will provide comprehensive nursing services to residents and families, focusing on health promotion, early detection, and restoration measures under the guidance of an RN case manager or Director of Nursing.

Requirements: Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, possess a current RN State Nursing license in Kansas, have current CPR certification, and a reliable method of transportation with a valid State drivers license.
