- Evaluating and certifying terminal prognosis during admissions and recertification periods.
- Serving on the Professional Advisory Committee.
- Conducting educational seminars to enhance patient care and promote hospice services.
- Providing in-house or phone consultations for acute clinical problems.
- Doctor of medicine or osteopathy degree.
- Board certification in hospice and palliative care preferred.
- Current state medical license and CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
