RN / LPN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Responsibilities

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Colorado Springs, NC, for full-time and part-time shifts. Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in home settings.
• Conducting ongoing patient assessments and administering prescribed treatments.
• Coordinating care and educating families to enhance patient outcomes.
• Implementing preventative initiatives for quality care.
