- Assessing patient needs and collecting relevant data.
- Diagnosing issues related to wound, ostomy, and continence care.
- Identifying expected outcomes and collaborating with the healthcare team to improve care quality.
- Evaluating policies and assisting in resource allocation decisions.
- Graduation from an accredited WOC Nursing Program and a Bachelors Degree in nursing required; tri-certification within one year preferred.
- 3-5 years of nursing experience and effective communication skills are essential.
