- Conducting assessments and diagnosing care needs.
- Identifying expected outcomes and improving healthcare efficiency.
- Collaborating with the interprofessional team for quality improvement.
- Evaluating policies to enhance care quality.
- Assisting patients in securing appropriate services.
- Graduation from an accredited WOC Nursing Education Program.
- Bachelors Degree in nursing; Masters preferred.
- Current NYS Registered Nurse license and 3-5 years of nursing experience.
- Effective communication and collaborative skills.
