- Provides direct speech therapy care per physician referral, adhering to laws and standards.
- Requires MS/MA in speech therapy, ASHA certification or eligibility for CFY, and active state license.
- One year of post-acute care experience preferred.
- CPR certification required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; must liaise with patients and families.
- Must establish and modify therapy goals, chart accurately, and demonstrate excellent customer service.
