About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team for the summer. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in email marketing, campaign execution, and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to support key initiatives that drive customer engagement and growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the development and scheduling of email marketing campaigns for member retention.
- Conduct a comprehensive email audit to evaluate list health, audience segmentation, send cadence, branding consistency, and compliance.
- Identify gaps, opportunities, and recommendations based on audit findings to improve performance and user experience.
- Monitor and report on email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing team members on calendar planning, creative asset coordination, and campaign QA.
- Conduct competitive research and identify email best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong interest in email marketing, digital analytics, and consumer behavior.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with email platforms or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who’s curious, organized, and eager to learn.
