Job Description
Job Title : Registered Nurse
Job Specialty : Medical Surgical - Behavioral Health
Job Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Night, 5x8-Hour (23 : 00 - 07 : 30)
Guaranteed Hours : Full Time, 40 hours per week
Experience : 2 years of recent acute care experience in Med / Surg and 1 year of recent psychiatric experience
License : Must have license in hand upon submission
Certifications : COVID-19 Vaccine Required, Flu Vaccine Required (Medical / Religious Exemptions Only)
Must-Have : Proof of vaccinations 1 week prior to start date
Job Description :
- Work in the Behavioral Health unit during night shifts.
- Must be willing to work weekends as needed; No block scheduling accommodated.
- Resource must float at the facility's discretion, potentially at multiple units, including those outside core competencies.
- Clinician may receive notification to float 2 hours before their shift up to 50 miles away.
- Adhere to time off (RTO) policy : Maximum of 5 days, no more than 2 consecutive days. No RTO on weekends, the day prior, or after a holiday.
- Completion of a skills checklist and primary source verification required.
- Modified time policy applied.
- Orientation is mandatory and consists of 24 hours.
