Responsibilities as a Customer Support Representative:
- Communicate clearly with customers while maintaining composure, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Properly prepare for customers by developing proposals, preparing for objections, and attending daily sales meetings
- Engage in the sales process with each customer from start to finish for a clear and efficient close on the sale, increasing company profit margins
- Professionally represent our clients driving increased awareness through superior customer interaction
- Develop effective sales strategies to improve consumer education and increase sales margins
- Educate consumers on how our services can improve their communication with friends and family
- Efficiently navigate order entry system and schedule dates as necessary
Requirements as a Customer Support Representative:
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client relations is a plus
- Self-starter who approaches their profession with integrity and passion
