Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and promoting AT&T products to local businesses
  • Develop a deep understanding of client products and services to effectively educate and advise customers on their benefits.
  • Serve as the primary contact for both new and existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client account issues, offering solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Handle customer account maintenance requests and upsell relevant products to enhance client value.
  • Provide insightful business advice and recommendations to clients for improving their operations.
  • Retain client business by identifying challenges and providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to suggest improvements that increase sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Strong customer service, sales, and training skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of management.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a self-starting attitude.

Note: This is an entry-level role. You will need to gain a full understanding of our business operations before taking on leadership responsibilities.

Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
