Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures
- Perform basic clinical tasks such as vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy
- Administer medications under the direction of a physician
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with documentation
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations
Skills:
- Bilingual
-Ability to work in outpatient clinics and handle various medical equipment
- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassionate care
-Insurance verification experience is a bonus.
- Skilled in providing direct patient care and assisting with patient needs.
-Experience with DOT physicals.
-Opioid treatment program (OTP) experience is a bonus.
