What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cardiology Nurse Practitioner position at Provider Healthcare?

- NP / PA Cardiac Intensive Care Unit
- At least 2 years of ICU experience. Cardiac ICU experience is preferred
- Start ASAC - Credentialing time is 3-4 weeks
- All Logistics covered
- NC license required
- All ages seen
- Coverage needed includes 12-hour shifts every 28 days Primary need is for nighttime coverage-7pm to 7am.Options include 3 4 night shifts per week or 7 nights per week depending on locums preference Opportunity exists to work weekend day shift 7 am to 7pm

Established team with high quality academic intensivists.
Ability to perform procedures including :
Arterial Lines
Central Venous Lines
Intubation
Ventilator Management
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and diagnoses.
Develop treatment plans and order diagnostic tests.
Prescribe medications and therapies in line with scope of practice provider must have a DEA license.
Collaborate with healthcare teams.
Provide patient education and follow-up care
