Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Family Practice Physician to provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
The ideal candidate is a leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and practices evidence-based medicine.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Current Illinois medical license
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Current DEA certificate
- Board eligible or certified in family medicine
- Current CPR certification
- 1-2 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose various diseases and injuries in patients of all ages
- Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results, and create treatment plans based on findings
- Perform therapeutic procedures and educate patients on their treatment plans
- Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload
- Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to policy
- Supervise mid-level providers as needed
