Key Responsibilities
- Provide Primary Care to Patients of All Ages
- Collaborate with Staff Members to Develop and Implement Clinic Protocols
- Participate in Utilization and Peer Review Programs to Ensure Quality Medical Care
- Supervise and Consult Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners
- Provide Telephone-Based Consultation Services as Needed

Requirements
- Utah Medical License (MD or DO)
- Completion of an Approved Residency Program
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Practice
- Utah DEA Certificate Prior to Start Date
- CPR Certification
