We are seeking an experienced Family or Internal Medicine Physician to provide excellent primary care services to all ages in our Chula Vista clinic.

- Assess and diagnose various diseases and injuries in adults
- Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results, and create treatment plans based on results
- Perform therapeutic procedures and educate patients on their treatment plans
- Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload
- Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to policy

Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited medical school with an MD or DO degree
- Current California medical license
- Completed an accredited residency program
- Current DEA certificate
- Board certified or board eligible in family practice
- Current BLS certification
- Medical Spanish (preferred)
