An Oregon State license is required. 2-3 months coverage need, with options to extend, since the client coverage gap may expand.

Quick Job Facts

• Starting ASAP, preferably no later than Mid-February, 2020.
• The schedule will be a minimum of 3-shifts per week, and within Clinics Hours of Operation:
• Mon, Tues, Fri: 8AM-5PM
• Wed, Thurs: 8AM-8PM
• Sat, Sun: Closed
• No Call
• Patient Population: Adults and an occasional Geriatric
• Patient care consists of psychological and social issues.
• A high amount of mental health and substance abuse
