Career Opportunity for Medical Oncology Physician

Provider Healthcare invites applications from experienced Medical Oncology Physicians to lead our team in providing exceptional cancer care to patients of all ages in a hospital and community health center setting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, ordering diagnostic tests, and developing tailored treatment plans based on patient needs and cancer stage.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and other advanced cancer treatments as necessary, closely monitoring patient responses and adjusting treatment regimens.
• Offer compassionate care, support, and guidance to patients and their families, addressing concerns, explaining treatment options, and discussing prognosis in a clear and empathetic manner.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans, discuss complex cases, and ensure coordinated care.
• Advocate for patients' rights, ensuring access to quality care, and addressing ethical considerations related to cancer treatment and end-of-life care.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degree
• Active ID state medical license
• Completion of an accredited residency program
• Current DEA certificate
• Board certification or eligibility
• Current CPR certification

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. We are seeking a candidate with experience working with patients of all ages and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
