Compensation Package: $132k - $172k per annum
Patient Load: 18-20 patients per day

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality medical care to children in a community health center.
Responsibilities
- Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury;
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with other healthcare providers through narrative summaries in the EMR system;
- Order, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' conditions;
- Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results;
- Monitor patients' conditions and progress, and reevaluate treatments as necessary;
- Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients;
- Advise patients concerning diet, activity, and disease prevention;
- Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary;
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program in Family Practice or Pediatrics;
- Current California state NP license;
- Current DEA certificate;
- Current CPR certification;
