Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate internal medicine physician to join our outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will have a CA medical license, completion of an approved residency program, board certification in primary care, and a CA DEA certificate before start date. A CPR certification is also required.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care and ambulatory services to patients
- Develop and lead in-service training for clinic staff
- Collaborate with other staff members to create and implement clinic protocols and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including utilization and peer review programs
- Supervise and mentor physician assistants and nurse practitioners
- Offer consultation services via telephone as needed
