About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Family Medicine Physician to join our team in providing primary care and sports medicine services in a community health center.
Job Responsibilities
- Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
- Diagnose and treat patients of all ages and variable health conditions including sports medicine.
- Order, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' condition.
- Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degree.
- Current NC state medical license.
- Completed an accredited residency program.
- Current DEA certificate.
- Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Current CPR certification.
