Summary
PRI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credentialing Coordinator to grow and maintain its panel of clinicians. This position is responsible for supporting recruitment and coordinating the onboarding, credentialing and engagement of a panel of medical professionals who will conduct clinical reviews of healthcare services.
The Credentialing Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for prospective clinicians, ensuring they successfully navigate the onboarding process while maintaining compliance with contract requirements. This position requires strong communication and data management skills to track progress, liaise with stakeholders, and support the clinician panel’s operational success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support recruiting and onboard medical clinicians to serve as medical case reviewers
- Guide clinicians through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and credentialing requirements are met
- Verify and track clinician credentials to ensure compliance with contract and PRI standards
- Serve as a liaison with the government and contract stakeholders, helping to facilitate the approval and onboarding process
- Collect, review, maintain, and update documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Maintain and update databases and tracking systems to monitor recruitment progress
- Assist in generating reports and summaries for management to track onboarding timelines and recruitment goals
- Support executive leadership with administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must have no conflict of interest (COI) as defined in 1154(b)(1) of the Social Security Act (SSA)
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Security Clearance
Education and Experience
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred
- Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience providing administrative support
- Experience working with government agencies, medical professionals, or VA-related programs is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and communication tools (Excel, CRM systems, project management software)

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure deadlines are met in a structured and proactive manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with data tracking and reporting tools
- A commitment to supporting improvement initiatives and ensuring a seamless clinician onboarding experience
