Summary
Florida Health Care Plans, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO, is seeking an Advanced Practitioner in Endocrinology to join our Palm Coast & Ormond Beach facilities. Office hours are flexible, outpatient only.
* Experience in managing difficult Diabetes cases, pumps and keeping current on the latest medications and devices for Diabetes
* Clear English communication skills, written and oral
* Travel required, must have reliable transportation
* Work in collaboration with an Endocrinologist
* Great Customer Service and Communication skills with patients and their Primary Care Physicians
* 15 - 17 Patients per day
* Outpatient only
Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited program, APRN, NP or PA program
* Advanced Practitioner Florida Licensure
* Minimum 2 years' AP post licensing experience in Endocrinology
