Providence Spokane Heart Institute at Sacred Heart Medical Center is seeking an experienced, per diem supplemental nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join its Advanced Heart Disease and Transplant Service team in Spokane. Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center and Children’s Hospital has 644 beds, a medical staff of more than 900 and a service area with a population around 1.5 million. Sacred Heart offers some of the Northwest’s most advanced services, including minimally invasive cardiac surgery procedures, robotic surgery and sophisticated diagnostic technologies. - Mix of inpatient and outpatient care, no surgical assist
- Strong academic- and research-oriented practice
- Pre or post-graduate acute care experience is required
- 3 to 5 years of post-graduate nurse practitioner experience is preferred.
- Cardiology, heart-failure, or transplant experience is preferred.
- No state income tax in Washington state (federal income tax still applies)
- Compensation is between $61.41 and $80.28 per hour
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
