We are seeking a full-time Geriatric Medicine physician to join our team at Irvington Village in Portland, Oregon. This is a single, coordinated program that provides comprehensive care and social services to older patients throughout the area.
- Guaranteed salary and quality incentives
- Monday to Friday schedule, daytime hours
- Call schedule is 1 to 2 weeknights per month and 1 to 2 weekends per quarter
- Outpatients primary care setting
- Home visits and visits in community-based settings
- Relocation assistance is available
- Behavioral health and Pharmacy resources available on-site
- Board-certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required
- Geriatric or Palliative Care fellowship training is preferred
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
