- 400,000 - $445,000 annually
- 25,000 annual leadership stipend
- No call
- Monday - Friday schedule
- In person and telehealth opportunities
- Must have or be able to obtain an Alaska license
- Must be board certification in psychiatry
- 5 years post-residency direct patient care clinical experience
- 2 years experience as a medical director or in progressive medical leadership roles

As part of SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium, Ethel Lund Medical Center (ELMC) in Juneau provides medical services to the Juneau community in its state-of-the-art, recently renovated building. The clinics namesake, Ethel Lund, was one of nine women who founded SEARHC in 1975. Its founders believed building healthy families requires the integration of cultural practices, and traditional medicines and foods. Their leadership helped advance SEARHC into the nationally recognized tribal healthcare organization it is today.
