What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychotherapist position at Provider Solutions & Development?
Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Psychotherapist to join its behavioral health team at the Everett, Washington location. This is a great opportunity to be part of a new program that seeks to improve mental health services for adults in Everett and vicinity. The Psychotherapist primary function within the PHP is to provide short-term rapid stabilization within a multidisciplinary team. The psychotherapist provides structured treatment with modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) principles. The program embraces a trauma-informed environment of care.

- Monday to Friday schedule, day shifts only
- Must be licensed to practice independently as a Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Washington
- Integrated electronic health record
- Annual CME allowance including education days
- Must be eligible for credentialing by Medicare, Medicaid, and other Third-Party Insurance Payers
- Addiction and chemical dependency a plus
- Clinical experience with broad and diverse population base
- Compensation is between $ 73029 and $ 96574 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
