Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a change lead for the Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation initiative. This position is responsible for driving change management activities within the S2P space, working closely with field operators to ensure smooth transitions through process, system, and organizational changes. The ideal candidate will have a background in sourcing/procurement, preferably with Coupa experience, and possess strong communication skills to tailor messaging for diverse stakeholder groups
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact for change management activities within the Source-to-Pay (S2P) space, particularly during the HR and Finance transformation..
- Support and guide field operators through the changes in processes, tools, and systems.
- Tailor communication strategies to address various levels within the organization, ensuring clear and compelling messaging across stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, implement, and refine change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new S2P processes and technologies.
- Help create training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to users impacted by the S2P changes.
- Provide insight and feedback to project teams to help adjust and optimize change management initiatives as needed.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or certifications in Change Management, Project Management (e.g., Prosci, PMP), or a related area would be a plus.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a strong preference for prior experience in Coupa.
- Proven experience in leading or supporting change management efforts, especially within large-scale transformation projects.
- Prior experience working with Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and systems is highly desirable.
- Experience in HR and Finance transformation projects would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong background in communicating and training diverse stakeholder groups at different levels within the organization.
- Prior experience in sourcing/procurement, with a specific focus on Coupa (strongly preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, particularly in crafting effective communications and training programs.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
