Job Title: Oracle Cloud Functional Resource

Position Summary:
Our client seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Resource with a background in ERP projects, particularly those who have worked at staffing companies. Ideal candidates will have experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle Cloud Financial and a track record of delivering ERP solutions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all functions of a Project Manager and Scrum Master
- Lead project teams and ensure project delivery on time and within scope
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions
- Facilitate project planning, execution, and continuous improvement
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:
- Strong experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Mike to provide specific skillset requirements)
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Cloud Financial modules
- Familiarity with ERP business processes within the staffing industry
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proven experience working at staffing companies or organizations like Randstad, Adecco, Spherion, Accenture, or Insight Global
- Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly in the staffing industry context
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and management, specifically within the staffing industry
- Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and/or Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in an ERP setting.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Oracle Cloud ERP Certifications (HCM Cloud or Financials)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent)
- Other relevant certifications in ERP or cloud systems
