Position Summary:
Our client is looking for an organized Project Manager who can plan, and direct the completion of their organization's projects within budget and scope.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage small and medium-sized projects; Manage accounts and consulting engagements
- Contribute to the development or building of knowledge
- Develop internal practice initiatives
- Provide clear and concise guidance and feedback to the team regarding work quality
- Complete client deliverables on time and in high-quality
- Responsible for the financial management of projects
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:
- Must have a BA/BS degree and 7 or more experience
- 3-5 years of experience with claims processing systems and processes
- Knowledge of industry best practice claims workflows and processes
- Experience managing at least 2 prior claims processing implementation projects
- PMP preferred
- Good written and communication skills
