We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair multiple problems efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Painting, Drywall, etc.
- Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC experience is a Plus!
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders
Skills:
- Customer service skills to interact effectively with team members and vendors
- Strong electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall repair skills
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repair
- Fluent in English for effective communication within the team (Bi-lingual is a Plus!)
