Job Responsibilities
The Concierge Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing both internal and external communications, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This includes greeting residents and visitors, answering inquiries, and giving directions, as well as collating brochures for the marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries, and give directions.
  • Manage appointments for residents and family members.
  • Maintain and keep desk and entry area neat and organized.
  • Organize, distribute mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.
  • One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
