Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries, and give directions.
- Manage appointments for residents and family members.
- Maintain and keep desk and entry area neat and organized.
- Organize, distribute mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.
- One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
