Job Type: Part-Time (20-25 hours per week)

Compensation: $20-$26 per hour (based on experience) Earn commission by expanding aesthetic services!

About ProVision MedSpa

ProVision Eye Associates specializes in advanced dry eye treatments and is expanding into the aesthetics space. We offer state-of-the-art therapies such as IPL and radiofrequency for dry eye while incorporating innovative facial rejuvenation treatments. We are seeking a passionate technician to perform both therapeutic dry eye treatments and aesthetic services, helping us grow our medspa offerings.

Job Description

The MedSpa Laser Technician Specialist will provide a combination of dry eye therapies and aesthetic treatments, including:

• Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Therapy for Dry Eye and Skin Rejuvenation

• Radiofrequency Skin Tightening

• TriLift Facial Contouring

• HydraFacial Treatments

• Dynamic Muscle Stimulation

This role requires expertise in performing treatments safely and effectively, educating patients on their benefits, and contributing to the expansion of our medspa services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive treatments for dry eye and facial rejuvenation

• Educate patients on treatment options and post-care instructions

• Conduct consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans

• Assist in growing the medspa’s aesthetic service offerings

• Maintain treatment rooms and follow all safety and sanitation protocols

• Stay current with industry advancements and new treatment options

• Provide excellent customer service and patient care

Schedule

• Primary hours: Tuesday and Thursday

• Some flexibility for an additional day if needed

Qualifications

• Certification in laser aesthetics or relevant state licensure

• Experience in medspa and aesthetics

• Strong knowledge of IPL for skin treatments

• Passion for aesthetics and skincare, with an interest in business growth

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
