Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Identify market opportunities through customer research and data-driven insights.

Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality product deliveries.

Collaborate with client care and sales teams to translate customer feedback into actionable enhancements.

Utilize agile frameworks for sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative development.

Apply lean principles to validate product assumptions and deliver measurable results.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and A / B experiments to refine features.

Track and analyze product success metrics to inform future decisions.

Qualifications

Proven success in a Product Management role within a SaaS company.

Demonstrated ability to launch products and improve outcomes in a metrics-driven environment.

Solid understanding of software development processes and cloud-based infrastructures.

Familiarity with APIs and modern development practices is a plus.

Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.

Ability to foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Proficiency in agile and lean product management principles.

Experience using product management and analytics tools to make informed decisions.

Additional Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
