In this role, you will collaborate with sales representatives to identify, design, and implement state-of-the-art packaging machinery solutions for our clients. Your technical expertise, strong client relationships, and strategic thinking will be essential to driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to sales representatives to help identify and address client needs.
- Design and develop customized packaging solutions, considering factors such as cost, performance, and client requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of packaging projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Assist sales representatives in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Train sales representatives on product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in packaging machinery, automation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of packaging processes and equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
