Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Scheduling HNA's & CNA's to ensure facility is properly staffed at all times
- Ordering supplies for clinical staff
- Analyze patient information and medical records to assist healthcare providers
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners, ensuring clarity and understanding of medical processes.
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in patient records and information systems.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling incoming calls, scheduling, and following up with patients & families.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and support operational needs.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to utilize computerized systems for record keeping and communication purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
