This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned patient accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Accurately bill insurance companies to ensure quick payment
- Communicate with patients regarding their updated balances due, set up payment plans and provide financial counseling when needed
- Maintain accurate patient records
- 2 years Medical Billing
- Proven experience in account management or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient working within insurance websites & EMR's
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
Salary : $18 - $22
