Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day system administration of Google Workspace, Microsoft M365, Azure, Meraki Network
Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 Network monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support
Assists in the development of SOW estimates and cost-benefit analyses, and monitors vendors to ensure they're offering the best possible service and value for business needs
Works with business leaders and project managers to plan projects and drive projects to successful completion
Serve as project/account manager for small projects/clients
Communicate technical issues/decisions effectively to PM and Service Delivery Managers by using business terms
Proactive monitoring and maintenance of production systems
End-User support, training and systems management for internal teams
Ticket Triage and Escalation
Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement
Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions
Essential Skills and Experience:
3 years experience in IT management
3 years experience in AzureAD/EntraID, Active Directory, and/or Google Workspace Management
Expertise in IT best practices, policies and regulations
Experience supporting a primarily MacOS/iOS focused environment, in addition to supporting Windows and Chromebook devices
Experience with Network Systems Administration: assisting in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and cabling
Proven ability to provide in-person and remote support across multiple time zones
Experience with Telecommunication systems, IVR, and call routing
Experience with management of Mobile Device Management (MDM) tenants such as Microsoft Intune, Jumpcloud, Jamf, Mosyle, etc.
Strong passion for technology, a willingness to learn new skills and technologies, and the ability to evangelize the uses of cloud services
Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to investigate and troubleshoot complex issues
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Advanced leadership and conflict management skills
Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and gain consensus across a diverse range of teams
Professional technical certifications preferred and/or the desire to achieve new certifications
