POSITION JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE : Saturday Tutor
REPORTS TO : Building Principal
QUALIFICATIONS :
Required Experience or Training
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License; Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word
Desired Experience or Training
Experience tutoring students in a one-on-one or small group setting
Professional Educator License in core content areas (Math, Science, English, Social Studies) and World Language
Schedule
Saturdays (dates / hours determined by building principal)
Hours per week not to exceed (4) four, per position POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide tutoring to students participating in the Saturday Tutoring Program.
- Collaborate with colleagues regarding student assignments.
- Maintain accurate records, including student attendance logs.
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the Building Principal.
