Job Description:
We are seeking a Buildings & Grounds Supervisor to oversee facility operations and maintenance at our Tinley Park Paper Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee facility maintenance and ensure operational efficiency and compliance
- Manage exterior upkeep, including landscaping, patios, parking lots, and roofing
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, boilers, compressors, and fire systems
- Keep detailed records of maintenance schedules and regulatory inspections
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend equipment replacements
Requirements:
- High school diploma plus trade school certification or an associate degree in facility systems
- Five years of experience in building service management or supervision
- Expertise in facility operations, maintenance, and equipment management
- Experience coordinating and overseeing contractors for maintenance and repair projects
