Provisur Technologies Inc is a leading manufacturer of precision-engineered food processing equipment, aftermarket parts, and service. We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team and assist with the day-to-day operations of our paper plant.
In this role, you will oversee the scheduling of converting equipment and manage the purchasing and receipt of waxed roll stock, cases, adhesives, pallets, and packaging supplies.
You will also ensure compliance with Paper Plant Quality procedures and programs, as well as manage customer-related functions, including order acceptance, quotations, expediting, and correspondence.
- Supervise staff, ensuring proper staffing levels, coordinating work, training, motivating, evaluating performance, and providing coaching and discipline as needed.
- Prepare raw material forecasts, collaborate with suppliers, and adjust inventory as needed.
