We are seeking a skilled Buildings & Grounds Supervisor to oversee facility operations and maintenance at the Tinley Park Paper Plant. This critical role ensures efficiency, safety, and operational effectiveness by managing building systems, infrastructure, and grounds.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Oversight of facility maintenance and adherence to operational guidelines.
- Coordination of maintenance activities, ensuring prompt response to requests and efficient resolution of issues.
- Management of exterior upkeep, including landscaping, patios, parking lots, and roofing.
- Maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, boilers, compressors, and fire systems.
