Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of facility maintenance and management of building systems, infrastructure, and grounds.
- Responding to maintenance requests and conducting necessary repairs.
- Managing exterior upkeep, including landscaping, patios, parking lots, and roofing.
- Maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, boilers, compressors, and fire systems.
- Record-keeping of maintenance schedules and regulatory inspections.
- Identification of cost-saving opportunities and recommendation of equipment replacements.
- Compliance with regulations for fire suppression, elevators, security, and boiler systems.
- Performance of machine and equipment repairs, including mills, lathes, and presses.
- Maintenance of inventory of repair parts and supplies.
- Support to the Mokena site building supervisor as needed.
