The Senior Human Resources Generalist will support daily HR operations for the Mokena site and Corporate office. This role requires close collaboration across departments to deliver customer focused HR services aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. The position plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee development. This hybrid position requires 2 days per week in Mokena and 1 day in the Chicago office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support in the implementation or administration of new and existing US and international HR programs, such as compensation, benefits, performance management, immigration/mobility, and employee engagement, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance on Provisur policies, procedures, and programs, including employee benefit programs such as insurance, vacation, leaves of absence, and employee assistance.
  • Participate in and provide support for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding, for assigned locations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reporting and analysis, and ensure data integrity and privacy.
  • Conduct routine audits of HR files to ensure accuracy and compliance.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
  • 5-7 years of HR Generalist experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3-5 years of US and international HR experience in compensation and immigration/mobility.
  • Expertise in employee relations, employment law, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment, and training.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and with HRIS platforms.
  • Strong research, prioritization, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.

$87,000 - $108,00 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
