Pay Rate: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour based on education and experience
Work Locations: Provo and Springville campuses - must be able to commute between the locations

Summary of your goals & objectives:
- Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage while minimizing overtime and maximizing efficiency and report staffing data to leadership.
- Plan, organize, and oversee engaging activities for students that promote mental health, teamwork, and personal growth.
- Actively participate in the Service Excellence committee to promote high-quality care and enhance staff and student experiences.
- Assist in preparing and delivering training sessions on policies, procedures, and best practices and support the ongoing education and professional development of team members.
Your skills and qualifications will include:
- High School diploma or GED REQUIRED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in staff scheduling and training presentations highly preferred (3-5 years experience preferred)
- Must be highly organized, motivated and possess strong computer skills
- Creativity and enthusiasm for planning and executing activities and a commitment to upholding the values of service excellence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and leadership.
- MUST be at least 21 years of age or older (NO EXCEPTIONS) and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
