We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring that all cleaning duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Ensure that all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard
- Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing training to existing staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all staff and guests
- Respond to guest complaints and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
