JOB TITLE: ASC Charge Nurse - Operating Room
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Managing day-to-day operations of the operating room area at our surgery center. This includes but is not limited to overseeing smooth operation of our six operating rooms, ensuring patient safety and quality care, while also supervising and supporting clinical staff, as well as coordinating with surgeons and anesthesiologists under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Also responsible to create staff assignments for the following day.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Current state RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification
