Title: Data Modeler (Data Warehouse)
Location: Norwalk, CT 06850(Must come into the office 3 days a week.)

Required Skills:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Modeler or similar role in a data warehousing environment.
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including normalization, denormalization, and dimensional modeling.
Experience with Third Normal Form (3F) and Star Schemas
Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have a background in financial services, specifically in leasing/lending space.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google Big Query, Snowflake).
Experience with Databricks
Experience with Medallion Architecture
Proficiency in data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ERwin, or similar.
Familiarity with data governance and data quality management practices.
Certification in data modeling or related areas.
