Overview
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Skilled Laborer & Finisher to support our growing portfolio of restoration and infrastructure projects. You will play a crucial role in various construction projects to deliver infrastructure utilities to communities in Southern California. We look for people who are motivated to work, learn, and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of concrete work, including demolition, preparation, forming, pouring, and finishing for sidewalks, driveways, trench patches, and flatwork.
- Operate construction equipment and tools such as skid steers, breakers, and saws safely and efficiently.
- Set forms to proper grade and alignment in accordance with project specifications.
- Achieve smooth, durable, and visually consistent finishes that match existing surfaces.
- Assist with traffic control setup to ensure safe and compliant work zones.
- Maintain open communication with crew members and supervisors to complete work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and project guidelines.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in concrete construction, preferably within utility or civil construction projects.
- Proficient in all stages of concrete work—from cutting, demo, base preparation to final finish.
- Ability to read and follow grades, set forms, and deliver high-quality finishes with minimal supervision.
- Committed to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and job site cleanliness.
- Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Professional references required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
