Job Summary
The Inside Sales Proposal Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales team. S/he assists the Business Unit Manager and VP of Sales with internal activities throughout the Sales cycle, as well as administration tasks for the Sales Rep force, reporting, and compliance with export regulations.
This role involves acting on behalf of the Business Unit Manager, attending meetings, presenting proposals, and undertaking internal projects to meet departmental needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise between Sales and other departments during various stages of the Sales cycle.
- Support the BUM and Sales Representative in preparing marketing and sales data for customer visits or promotional events.
- Monitor quote processes in collaboration with the Customer Service team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of responses and sale closures.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Quality, and Production Planning teams to address quality or delivery issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Assemble and transmit complete proposal responses to customers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the BUM to establish strategy and tone for content and pricing.
