YOUR IMPACT

You will play a key role in enabling the engineering team to execute at their very best. You will be responsible for strategic roadmap and budget planning, building partnerships, and driving operational excellence across the team. This position involves collaborating closely with the Chief Engineer, supporting communication, alignment and progress on key initiatives. The role requires strong influence and engagement skills, the ability to switch context across various high-impact topics, and acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the team.

The role does not require a formal technical background but does require a passion for technology and product development. First and foremost, we’re looking for a candidate who is eager to drive healthy growth in a rapidly scaling start-up that is pushing forwards the frontier of technology.

• Partner with the engineering team to define, prepare and communicate the team’s strategy, growth and development plans.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, providing solutions and building internal systems that support our rapid development philosophy.
• Support and develop a highly effective and collaborative culture across our growing international team.
• Drive improvements and streamlining of processes by getting to the root of what truly matters for the mission.
• Act as a team multiplier, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.

• Lived experience from high growth teams with a vision on how to build and scale a company well.
• An excellent written communicator and presenter, fluent in English, with German a plus.
• Exceptional capabilities in conceptual and strategic thinking.
• A hands-on approach, prepared to get into the details and take accountability to ensure goals are met.
