YOUR IMPACT
You will play a key role in enabling the engineering team to execute at their very best. You will be responsible for strategic roadmap and budget planning, building partnerships, and driving operational excellence across the team. This position involves collaborating closely with the Chief Engineer, supporting communication, alignment and progress on key initiatives. The role requires strong influence and engagement skills, the ability to switch context across various high-impact topics, and acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the team.
The role does not require a formal technical background but does require a passion for technology and product development. First and foremost, we’re looking for a candidate who is eager to drive healthy growth in a rapidly scaling start-up that is pushing forwards the frontier of technology.
